8th June 2009Keydata Investment Services Ltd ("Keydata") has today been placed into administration on the grounds that it is insolvent. Following an application to the Royal Courts of Justice by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), Dan Schwarzmann and Mark Batten of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PWC") have been appointed joint administrators.
Keydata is an investment manager specialising in the design and distribution of structured products for individual investors. Keydata also provides third party administration services for other financial institutions.
